18 photos that in Chernobyl nature prevailed over civilization

Nature has incredible power, purifying everything around. Even to take the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant: in just a couple of decades, mother nature prevailed here, as if it had won a piece of land. The area around the nuclear power plant is not suitable for human life, however, the animals here feel quite comfortable. Thus, according to the calculations of biologists, in the exclusion zone of mammals alone today there are more than sixty species. There are wild boars, and moose, and foxes. In particular, wolves succeeded: their population is several times higher than in local reserves.

It is very interesting to watch how concrete buildings absorb greenery, turning the ruins of the Soviet city into their new home. Thirty years ago, the exclusion zone was predicted to be completely devastated. But it turned out quite the opposite: a place where there are practically no people began to come to life at a rapid pace, as if demonstrating to the whole world what a rebirth is. Chernobyl seems to be one of the best places where you can feel all the strength and power of nature, as well as understand what it is capable of if the planet suddenly remains without people.

Today the exclusion zone is a kind of reserve. Yes, animals and plants live in this area not so long as in a cleaner zone, but in abundance

Chernobyl is a great way to understand that if there are enough resources, then life will flourish, although it will be slightly reduced.
