Amazon has robots on the recommendation of which they fire employees

In the modern world, it is customary to enthusiastically talk about certain successes of artificial intelligence and rejoice that robots are increasingly replacing people in boring and monotonous work. Those few skeptics who see robots as a threat to the modern world, most often simply do not want to listen, blaming them for robotophobia and fear of progress. But disappointing news is coming from different corners of the planet: robots not only force people out of many areas, but also cause a lot of questions with their behavior, as, for example, is happening at Amazon.

The American company Amazon has representative offices and branches in many large countries of the world, and its staff employs more than 600,000 people. The company's management policy in relation to its subordinates is characterized by very stringent requirements. Here, fiercely fighting to improve the efficiency of employees, so the presence of special robots that monitor the work in Amazon warehouses, few people are surprised. Only here the warehouse workers themselves are not happy with their overseers.

A special system impartially monitors all movements of employees, the speed of their actions, as well as the time of absence from the workplace. There can be no talk of any delays, delays in work or trips without the need for a neighboring unit - an alert system counts all violations during the day, and a badly working employee will be inevitably fired. Of course, the work of the system is monitored by special employees, who ultimately make the decision to dismiss, nevertheless, it is robots that are engaged in collecting primary information.

Warehouse employees report increased stress levels due to the presence of a robotic spy system, which, in their opinion, is too strict when evaluating people. Many note that completely absurd things are counted as violations of the work schedule, which ultimately leads to unfounded accusations and dismissals. In total, several thousand employees are fired annually based on the results of the work of artificial intelligence. But the management of the company does not bother this at all - Amazon believes that people should work better, and artificial intelligence will help them in this.
